We use different carriers depending on the size of your order. Typically, small orders will be sent via Evri, with larger orders, and orders over 1m in length being sent via DX.
Most goods come in a cardboard tube which won't fit through a letter box. The item will have to be signed for upon receipt. We suggest you use a work address to facilitate delivery, or leave a note on your door with a neighbours address for alternative delivery.
We always endeavour to dispatch stock items (by the metre films) as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours on a weekday. However, most printed or cut on demand orders (bespoke designs, stained glass film, wallpaper and stickers) will take a couple of days to be ready for dispatch. Printed designs need to dry overnight before they can be packed in a tube. Typically you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 working days.
We offer free shipping on orders over £100.00. This offer only applies to UK mainland addresses.
Sorry but we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries.
If you haven't received your goods in the expected time, please contact us by email (rather than call) with your name and order number and we'll get back to you after tracking your item.

Choose "Collect From Purlfrost Office" option at checkout. We will call you once your order is ready for collection.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm.
Although we no longer offer this service due to costs, you are welcome to organise your own shipping via Interparcel / Parcel Monkey or similar – these websites give you a range of options so you can choose the best service and price for your needs. { To get an idea of cost, typically our parcels weight around 1kg. The key price factor is the size of the package which will be dictated by the maximum width of your film plus 5cm.}
When you place your order, please select "Will Arrange my Own Courier" in shipping options. Once your order is ready, we’ll email with the dimensions and weight of the parcel for accuracy. Please don’t arrange shipping until the package is prepared and we’ve contacted you – if it’s printed it takes a few days.
You are welcome to email us documents to attach to the parcel if required.

We must make it clear that shipping is entirely at your cost, and is your responsibility. Purlfrost cannot be held responsible for the parcel going missing, being delayed or damaged in transit, or for the payment of extra custom charges.
Please make sure that the collection and delivery address is 100% correct and that a telephone number is added to the shipping details.
